Featuring a flattering high waist with draped frill side cigarette style, these bell bottoms are fitted to the knee and flare out to the ankle. The high waisted design will make your legs look miles long (especially when worn with heels) and instantly adds sophistication to any outfit. Japaneses Hanako fabric is a comfortable medium weight stretchy fabric. -Side zipper. * You also can request any color you want. As our items are custom made we can create a perfect size for you.
