The back of the package provides these weight guidelines by weight: S 95-130 lbs. ; M 130-155 lbs. ; L 155-185 lbs. ; XL 185-225 lbs. ; 1X 227-270 lbs. ; 2X 270-305 lbs. Note that we have a limited number of Higher Power Panties (what they used to call the HPS) in their previous packaging. The sizing is slightly different--but they are $4 cheaper! Sizing for the Higher Power Panties that we have in stock is as follows: A (H 4'10 - 5'5, 95-125 lbs.), D (5' - 6', 165-220 lbs.). E (5'1 - 6', 195-265 lbs.), F (5'1 - 6', 240-300 lbs.) IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RETURNS: We cannot accept SPANX for return or exchange in our online or in-person store.
